Mojo uses Royal Mail 2nd Class and Airmail to despatch regular orders from our online shop. All deliveries are sent by a tracked and signed-for methods. So someone will need to be in at you shipping address to sign for your order when we attempt to deliver.
Our delivery costs are comprised of picking and packing charges, storage, the actual packaging, plus the cost of delivery itself. We strive to keep delivery costs as low as possible whilst ensuring the quick and safe delivery of customer’s purchases.
UK Delivery Costs
Mojo’s standard UK shipping charge is £3.90 for Royal Mail 2nd Class.
UK standard orders totalling over £20 (after any discounts and / or promotional codes have been applied) are delivered for free by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Sorry, shipping costs do not count against the £20 total.
You can upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class delivery for just £5.90.
Overseas Delivery Costs
For other countries, the delivery cost is based upon the weight of the products ordered. You can estimate shipping charges on the checkout page before you pay. Non-UK orders are sent by either tracked and signed-for Royal Mail International or by courier. Please note overseas orders may be liable to local taxes, import duty or customs charges for which customers are solely liable for.
Once payment has been processed we aim to ship all orders within three (3) working days of receipt. Working days for us are Monday to Friday (not including UK Bank / Public Holidays).
Once an order has been despatched, actual delivery times for orders placed at mojo-style.com are estimated as follows (though we strive to be quicker):
UK Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery: Please allow around 1–3 working days.
UK Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery and Free Delivery: Please allow around 3–7 working days.
USA and Canada: Please allow up to 10–15 working days.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is completed and shipped, we will email you a Royal Mail tracking reference number so you can check on your delivery online here.
You order will need to be signed-for on delivery. In the UK if you are not in to sign for your order, the package may then be returned to your local post sorting depot. Usually the postman will leave a “something for you” card to rearrange delivery or collection – you can arrange this here. Or they may leave it with a neighbour so don’t forget to check with them.
If you do not collect your order from your local post sorting depot it will eventually be returned to our dispatch office in UK. We can re-send parcels but this will be subject to a further shipping fee. This fee is the true cost of the re-postage charge. If you decide you would like to be refunded, the cost of the original postage will be deducted from the refund amount.
All that said, if your order has not arrived within the timescales noted above get in touch with us and we’ll do our very best find out what happened to your order and get it to your doorstep as soon as possible.
Sorry, but we cannot replace missing orders that are received by someone else on your behalf.
We also cannot replace orders where the delivery address has been entered incorrectly by the person placing the order.
Missing Items Please contact us immediately if your order is missing any products. We'll find out what happened to your order within three (3) working days and we'll get them to you as soon as possible or give you the option of a full refund of the missing items.
