Which MOJO is right for me?
Start with the look you want, not the hair you've got. Sharp and polished: Classic Pomade. Defined and structured: Defining Paste. Textured and effortless: Molding Clay. Soft and easy: Styling Cream. Still unsure? Start with Defining Paste, the most versatile jar we make.
Will it leave my hair greasy or crunchy?
No. You get hold without the helmet. The pomade gives a controlled low shine. The paste and clay dry to a natural matte finish and the cream to a soft natural one, so your hair moves like real hair with a non-product feel.
What's the difference between paste and clay?
Paste is precision: strong hold and firmer definition. Clay is attitude: medium hold, more texture and volume, a looser look. Paste for control, clay for texture and volume, especially if you have thin or thinning hair.
I have fine or thin hair. Which one?
Molding Clay. It adds volume, texture and body so hair looks thicker and fuller. Work it in dry, at the roots.
I have short hair. Which one?
Defining Paste or Classic Pomade. Both hold short styles in place all day. Paste for a matte, natural look; pomade for a polished one.
I have long, wavy or curly hair. Which one?
Styling Cream or Classic Pomade. Soft control, no frizz, no stiffness. Want more hold on top? Add a touch of clay or paste over the cream.
Can I mix MOJO products?
Yes, and the pro move is to use your daily MOJO product of choice, then add some Classic Pomade for that Hollywood glamour look.
How do I find my style?
Use the style picker on Find Your MOJO. Pick your look, get your jar, then find your nearest H-E-B.
Using MOJO
A pea-sized amount, warmed in your palms, worked in from back to front. That's the whole routine.
How much should I use?
A pea-sized amount to start. Warm it between your palms until it disappears, then work it through from back to front. You can always add more. Taking it out is harder.
Wet hair or dry?
Towel-dried hair for a sleeker, smoother finish. Dry hair for more texture and grip. Tips for each jar are further down this page.
Will it last all day?
That's what it's built for. From the morning commute to last orders, your hair stays where you put it. And you can restyle and add a little product any time to maintain or change your look.
Will it hold in Texas heat and humidity?
It's built for it. Classic Pomade and Defining Paste are our strongest holds for the hottest, stickiest days. Molding Clay stays matte instead of going shiny as the day heats up. Our water-based Classic Pomade is excellent at fighting frizz, the number one humidity problem for longer and curly hair.
What about sweat? Game days, work, the gym?
MOJO is designed to stay put, not melt. For maximum hold, go Defining Paste or Classic Pomade.
What does MOJO smell like?
Every jar carries our signature luxury fragrance, a premium scent formulated by a professional perfumer. A sophisticated blend of tobacco notes and eastern spices. It's the one people lean in to ask about, and the little something extra that makes MOJO special.
Is it hard to wash out?
No. It rinses out easily: no scrubbing, no residue, no build-up. Fresh start every morning.
Classic Pomade

What is it best for?
The classics: slick-backs, pompadours, side parts, the barbershop look. Strong hold and a controlled low shine give you a polished finish without the oil slick.
Is it water-based?
Yes. Unlike old-school wax pomades, it washes out with shampoo. The classic look, none of the hassle.
Is it vegan friendly?
Yes. Classic Pomade is vegan friendly.
How do I get a slick-back?
Apply to damp hair and comb through. For extra lift, blow-dry it back as you comb. Finish with one last pass for clean lines.
Can I restyle it during the day?
Yes. Wet your fingers or comb and the pomade comes back to life. Reset in seconds.
Defining Paste

What is it best for?
Structured, defined styles: textured crops, quiffs, short back and sides, spiky and separated looks. Strong hold, matte finish. Sharp without looking styled.
Is it good for short hair?
It's made for it. Rub a small amount between your fingers and twist sections to build definition.
Will it weigh my hair down?
No. The matte finish keeps hair light and natural while the hold does the work.
Molding Clay

What is it best for?
Natural, textured styles: messy fringes, tousled tops, volume, and the "just out of bed, but better" look.
Is it good for fine or thin hair?
Yes. Clay adds grip and body, so hair looks thicker and fuller. Apply to dry hair and work it in at the roots.
Why matte and not shiny?
Matte looks like your own hair on a very good day. No visible product, just texture. The modern, low-key look.
Does it wash out easily?
Yes. One shampoo and it's gone. No residue.
Styling Cream
Light hold · Natural finish View product
What is it best for?
Longer hair, natural waves and curls, or a softer, groomed look. It controls frizz and flyaways and keeps hair soft to the touch.
Can I use it every day?
Yes. It's light enough for daily wear and keeps hair neat without stiffness. Your low-effort, high-reward jar.
Is it good for curly hair?
Yes. Scrunch it into damp hair to define curls and fight frizz, then let it air-dry for natural movement.
Care and ingredients
Will it damage or thin my hair?
No. MOJO is made with pro salon ingredients fused with our luxury fragrance, and it washes out easily at the end of the day.
Will it make me flake or itch?
Used as directed, it shouldn't. Rinse thoroughly. Keep away from the eyes and stop using if your scalp feels irritated.
Is it safe for coloured or treated hair?
Yes.
Is MOJO tested on animals?
No. MOJO is not tested on animals.
What are the ingredients?

How long does a jar last?
Around 4 to 6 weeks, depending on how often you style and whether you rotate between our styling products.
Can I use it on my beard?
Yes, but go lightly. Facial hair is thicker and different from the hair on your head.
Can I take it on a plane?
Yes. A 75ml jar is under the 100ml (3.4 oz) limit for carry-on liquids.

Buying MOJO at H-E-B
Most Texans will meet MOJO on the shelf first. These answers get you to the right jar and the right store fast.
Where can I buy MOJO in Texas?
MOJO is now in 131 H-E-B stores across Texas, $14.99 a jar. Look for the retro twist jars in the men's grooming aisle. Not sure where? Use Find Your MOJO to see your nearest store.
Can I buy it online?
Yes. MOJO is available through H-E-B Curbside and Delivery where it's stocked. Search MOJO Hair at heb.com to check stock.
My H-E-B doesn't have it. What now?
Stock varies by store. Check Find Your MOJO for your nearest store, or search heb.com. More stores are coming.
Which one should I grab first?

Orders, returns and about us
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We currently ship in the UK only. Our USA website starts shipping in November 2026. Until then, you'll find MOJO at H-E-B.
What if I don't love it?
Email us at shop@mojo-style.com with a copy of your receipt and the product. If you bought in store, follow the H-E-B returns policy.
Is it good for gifts?
Yes. We sell lots of MOJO as gifts through the major holidays, especially Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Valentine's and Christmas. Watch out for premium gift sets coming in 2027.
I've never heard of MOJO. Who are you?
MOJO is a British grooming brand, new to the US, and Texas is our first stop. Pro salon-style formulas, a signature fragrance, and retro twist jars you'll spot from the aisle. MOJO has sold successfully in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the UAE, and it's an honour to be on sale in the USA. The look was inspired by our founder Paul's love of American music and the classic Blue Note jazz album covers designed by Reid Miles in New York. Paul loves the US so much that in early 2027 MOJO will be manufactured in the USA. Watch this space.
